Violations of this principle will result in the criminal and administrative penalties stipulated in Law 679 of August 3, 2001. • ACCOMMODATION POLICY • CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or modifications are permitted up to 24 hours in low season and 48 hours in high season before the check-in date. Reservation modifications are valid for up to one year, subject to room and rate availability. • LATE CANCELLATION: If a cancellation is made outside the timeframe stipulated in the cancellation policy, a penalty fee equivalent to one (1) room at the reserved rate will be charged. • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Withdrawal and other refund circumstances within the framework of the COVID-19 Health Emergency. In the event of non-arrival on the scheduled check-in date, a charge of 20% of the total value or rate established for the reservation will be applied. • EARLY DEPARTURE: Early departure from the date scheduled in your reservation will incur a penalty charge. In the event of leaving the hotel before the departure date stipulated in the reservation, a charge of 20% of the value or rate established for the unused days will be applied. • LATE CHECK-OUT Subject to hotel availability, the following late check-out times and additional charges apply: From 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM: $93,000 COP. From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM: $198,000 COP. After 6:00 PM, the cost of one night's accommodation will be charged according to the reserved rate.
