Cancellation Policies 
Cancellations or modifications are allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date during low season and 15 days before check-in during high season, without penalty.
Payment of the reservation. In order to guarantee the reservation, it is necessary to confirm with a 100% advance payment of the stay.
In the event of cancellation or modification outside the indicated times, the guest expressly accepts a penalty of 50% of the stay.
NO SHOW: The hotel will charge a no-show (non-performance of the reservation) in the event of a no-show on the scheduled check-in date. A 50% of the total value or established rate of the reservation will be charged.
EARLY DEPARTURE: Departures prior to the scheduled date of your reservation will incur a penalty. If you leave the hotel before the departure date stipulated in the reservation, 50% of the stay or established rate for the days of the reservation will be charged.
